Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipality Citizen Engagement Application allows the Metropolitan Municipality to effectively connect, communicate with, and service citizens across all socio-economic strata by delivering mobile application services to every type of mobile phone (smart and non-smart) and all digital devices.
